A small city with a big heart, East Ridge has been pioneering progress since 1921. In 2021, the City of East Ridge is celebrating 100 years! There’s no better way to honor such a momentous occasion than a community birthday party - The City of East Ridge Centennial Celebration Festival! This free, one day event will include music, beer garden, arts and crafts marketplace, history walk, food trucks, family friendly activities, and some special birthday surprises for the community. We would like to invite you to help us honor our history and be a pioneer of our future. Please join us for the East Ridge Centennial Celebration at Camp Jordan Park on September 25th, 2021.
Race Info:
Each Runner will get an Centennial Race shirt and a "finishing" Centennial branded coffee mug.
Packet Pick Up
Friday - 3:30 pm to 6 pm at Camp Jordan
Saturday - 7 am to 8:30 am at Camp Jordan
Awards
Awards will also be given to the top finisher of 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, both male and female, in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over. Overall winners will be based on gun time. Age group awards will be based on gun time.
There will be no awards ceremony. Awards will be given at the finish line.
Routes (Updated Sept 22 -- Flooding on Greenway)
5K route will be 1 lap of the track and a 1/2 mile "out and back" on the Greenway
10K route will be 2 x 5K route
Half Marathon route will be 4.5 x 5K Route
